Haley had become a greedy minx for what only Jay could provide.
Her vagina convulsed in a leisurely, drawn-out climax. It was a lifetime worth of climaxes all rolled into
one. She moaned and writhed against Jay, all the while continuing to suck and lick at Marissa, fondling
her heavy breasts, spurred on by the promise of having this exotic stranger exploding onto her tongue
with her own delicious orgasm. Haley was determined to bring Marissa the same sort of pleasure Jay had
just given her. She fairly craved Marissa’s sweet flow.
Haley used her fingers, tentatively slipping first one, then another inside Marissa’s tight passage, beyond
pleased when Marissa’s soft, fleshy muscles squeezed around her. Haley flicked her clit with her tongue
as she pressed her fingers farther, driving fast and deep. Jay continued his wonderful assault from behind,
evidently not content with a single orgasm.
Marissa’s groaning turned to sharp cries of need, and her twitching hips and clutching fingers went wild.
Page 6
Jay pushed yet another finger inside Haley’s cleft, forcing his way inside to touch her very womb. Filled
from every possible point, Haley climbed that precipice once again.
Sensation upon sensation bombarded her as Jay pushed with fingers and hips. He gave everything to
her, and soon the three of them screamed out their climaxes in perfect unison, like the finale to a great
performance.
Haley woke in her chair, alone and dressed in her pajamas. Her book lay in her lap as if she’d fallen
asleep reading it. She rose slowly in total confusion and glanced at the wall clock. Three hours had
passed. The last thing she remembered was being completely engrossed in her book, then answering the
door, and…oh God!
Could it be? Could she really have spent the most unbelievable night of her life with two complete
strangers, making love in ways she’d never experienced? No, it had to be a dream…right? But if so, then
why was she so achy? Her legs hurt and between her thighs she felt sore and sensitive. Too sensitive.
There was only one way to find out.
Haley walked into the kitchen and found a single cold cup of coffee sitting on the table. She frowned.
“Oh man, I really am losing my mind.”
Chapter Two
“You’ve got to be kidding me!” Jeremy yelled to nobody in particular. “It did not overheat,” he
declared, “because if it overheated, that means the rental company gave me a damn lemon! And they
wouldn’t do that. No one is that cruel, for crying out loud.”
He kicked the bumper of the hunter-green monstrosity and came away with a sore foot to go with the
useless car. He’d only rented the thing because his truck’s transmission slipped and he’d taken it in for
repairs. That was a week ago.
“Great, no cell service, no car, what the hell else could go wrong on this trip to the boondocks? I hate
rental companies,” Jeremy grumbled as he gave the ugly-as-hell car one last look. He grabbed his duffel
bag and keys, then started walking. He looked around the area, hoping to see a cabin. Even a shack.
Anything that hinted at civilization. All he saw were trees and more trees. “And I fucking hate nature.”
Why’d he take the doc’s advice anyway? He never bothered to take any of his brother’s other advice,
so why break with tradition this time? Simple: Brad had explained that if Jeremy didn’t take a holiday,
he’d end up working himself into an early grave.
“Ha, now what do you think, all-knowing one ? I’m stuck out in the middle of nowhere and it’s all your
fault.” As Jeremy walked, visions of suing Doc Brad ran rampant in his head. He didn’t give a shit if Brad
was his flesh and blood. The guy was going down.
In a rare exhaustion-induced moment which left him feeling exposed, Jeremy had complained to his
brother about the stress of his job as a detective with the Columbus, Ohio police. Brad, being the good
brother he was, offered him the cabin for the weekend. Jeremy pretty much jumped at the idea, even
though he’d never actually stayed there.
Page 7
Brad had bought the property a little over a year ago as a vacation spot, a home-away-from-home.
Jeremy had come out several times since to help Brad install this or that or do a bit of remodeling, but
he’d never personally used the place. However, after Jeremy’s uncharacteristic whine-fest, Brad had
shoved the keys into his hands and practically pushed him out the door, telling him to leave the job at the
office for a change and take a break.
Jeremy walked for what felt like miles, sweat dripping down his spine, his T-shirt sticking to his ribs,
cursing his brother’s shitty advice every step of the way. Then it appeared, like a beacon of light. Not his
brother’s cabin, but a smaller log house that sat off the road, and it was beautiful.
“Civilization!” he moaned in relief. “If they have water, I’ll kiss their blessed feet. If they have a phone,
I’ll think I’ve died and gone to heaven.” His mouth was dirt dry, and he was starting to wonder just how
long a person could go before dehydration or sunstroke set in.
As he stepped off the gravel and onto the cool grass, Jeremy realized his shoes were ruined. The melting
tar had done a real number, and bits of rocks and grass stuck to the soles. “Brad, so help me, when I get
my hands on you…” Jeremy let the sentence trail off and stopped dead in his tracks as he saw what had
to be a mirage.
She was sunning herself and she was so fucking sexy it hurt. Even from a distance it was clear she had a
sweet little hourglass shape. Now he knew he was delirious. No way would a babe like that be way out
in this neck of the woods.
Jeremy was rooted to the spot as the vision in the white bikini rose to a sitting position, stretched like a
lazy cat and turned over. Now he stared at her ass.
“Damn,” he mumbled. “Brad, you’re a friggin’ genius, bro.” Maybe the weekend wasn’t a lost cause
after all.
Jeremy started across the yard, impatient to get closer to the enticing creature, but slowed as he
approached the porch. He didn’t want to scare the lady half to death. He had to admit, even as his
tongue started to take on the texture of sandpaper, he wasn’t nearly as concerned about getting to a
phone or water anymore.
Once he was within a few feet of the porch, he could see her face was turned away from him and he
took advantage, letting his gaze wander.
Her body wasn’t darkly tanned, but more the color of honey with a slight redness at the tops of her
shoulders. Her hair was swept into a messy pile on top of her head. Little brown curls had escaped and
were scattered around her nape. That wasn’t what had him as hard as a railroad spike, however. It was
the tiny white suit she wore. It had those little ties at the hips, just daring a man to pull the string and find
the treasures beneath. Jeremy stopped his perusal, wishing like hell he could stop his raging boner, and
cleared his throat. That got her attention. She fairly jumped ten feet in the air.
“Whoa, easy there, honey. No need to get all rattled,” he said, trying to look charming. He probably
looked more like a prison escapee with his hair and clothes a sweaty mess.
“I promise, I’m not a serial killer. I just, well, I broke down and I’m really hoping you might have a nice,
cold drink of so
mething. Of anything. Because, damn, I’m thirsty.” He left off the part about the phone.
She stared, wide-eyed and nervous, and started to look a little pale. It was as if she’d seen a ghost or

something. He reached out a hand and touched her shoulder. It was hot from the sun and slippery from
the oil she’d rubbed all over. A mental picture of her rubbing herself down sprang to mind. Which, of
course, caused his dick to spring readily to life. Down, boy.
“You okay?” Jeremy asked. “You’re white as a sheet.” He frowned, wondering if she’d gotten too
much sun. That quickly, his own troubles fled as concern for this strange beauty grew. “Maybe you ought
to get inside where it’s cooler. You aren’t looking so good.”
She blinked and appeared to give herself a mental shake. Jeremy sighed with relief.
“My name’s Jeremy Pickett, by the way. Sorry if I startled you.”
“No, um, you looked familiar is all. Like someone I know,” she explained, sounding sort of husky. Her
voice had a deeper pitch, as if she’d just woken up. Christ, even her voice was sexy.
“He must not be anyone you want to see again, considering the look of sheer panic on your face just a
few seconds ago.”
“Who?” she asked, still staring at him as if she wasn’t sure if he was there or not. His eyebrows rose
inquiringly. Maybe she was in worse need of a cold drink than he.
“Oh, right!” she exclaimed, finally grasping the thread of the conversation. “Well, actually he’s not real.”
W hat was that supposed to mean? Jeremy wondered. Not real?
She looked at him from head to toe. “What on earth happened to you?”
Jeremy smiled. “Unfortunately, my car broke down and I walked for awhile. Yours is the first house I’ve
come to.” He offered her a friendly wink and was pleased when she smiled at last. Then a nasty thought
wiggled into his mind, ruining the blissful moment.
“So, you alone out here?” he asked, wondering if there was a husband around. The beauty stopped
smiling and the startled look returned. Damn his big mouth anyway.
“I swear I’m not a crazy person or anything,” he clarified as he offered his hands up in mock surrender.
“I just wondered if there was a Mister in the cabin who would greet me with a shotgun or something.”
She seemed to become aware of how much skin she was showing, because she bent down and grabbed
the towel she’d laid on. She wrapped it around her lower half, and Jeremy agonized over women and
their silly sense of modesty.
“Well, you can relax, there’s no shotgun and I’m not married.” She snorted. “Not anymore, anyway.”
She glanced back at the cabin and said, “I live in the city. I’m just staying here for the weekend.” She
stood and held out her hand, finally allowing the smile to slip back into place. “I’m Haley Thorne.”
He readily took her hand, wanting to touch her again. Even if it was just an affable handshake, it was
better than nothing. Unfortunately, the touch was brief as she released him and moved toward the screen
door. Swinging it wide, she told him, “And I do happen to have bottled water, iced tea and cola. So,
what’s your pleasure, Jeremy Pickett?” She grinned teasingly at him.
Oh, hell, yeah. Jeremy would dearly love to show little Haley Thorne what his pleasure was.
Page 9
What was the likelihood the sexy man she’d dreamed about would show up looking for help? It was
fate, pure and simple. Haley believed in fate. She’d seen too many coincidences in her life to discount the
idea. For instance, when her idiot ex-husband had decided to play mattress-tag with his girl du jour, it
had been fate that Haley had decided to set up a hidden video camera in their bedroom the night before.
Yep, fate was an interesting trick the gods liked to play on humans from time to time. This time she was
just too happy to play along.
While she was still reeling from the fact her dream lover was somehow a real person, Haley did note the
woman who’d been part of her nighttime erotic fantasy was nowhere in sight. She wondered about that.
Somehow, she had the nagging feeling the woman truly was a figment of her imagination, as if her inner
seductress was trying to come out. Haley was darn well going to let her. It was time she had some real
fun. No more fantasizing. She craved action and the man standing in her living room was just the sort of
action she needed.
Leading him into the kitchen gave Haley a weird sense of déjà vu—except in her dream she’d been
dressed in a concealing pair of pajamas. How weird was her mental state when in reality she wore the
more provocative bikini? It proved she was in bad need of the impromptu time off.
Haley reached the refrigerator, opened it, grabbed a bottle of water for herself and looked over at her
visitor. “So, what’s it to be, Jay?”
He stopped in the entryway and frowned. “Why’d you call me Jay?”
Truthfully, she hadn’t realized she had. Her dream lover’s name was Jay. Somehow that name suited the
real-life man. She couldn’t exactly tell him all that, though. He’d think she was a loon. Instead, she smiled
and lied.
“I guess I shortened your name without realizing it. Sorry, I do that sometimes.” Yeah, it was a lie, and a
really lame one, too, but he didn’t know that, did he?
Jeremy still frowned, only now he looked her over from head to toe. When he met her eyes this time, it
was with a strange sort of probing that had shivers running up and down her spine.
“Do I know you from somewhere?” Jeremy asked.
Haley’s face went hot. What could she say? Oh sure, I had sex with you and your lady friend last night
in my dream. Hot, randy, erotic sex. Nope, honesty was definitely not the way to go this time.
Still waiting for him to tell her what he wanted to drink, and intensely uncomfortable with the way her
mind kept glomming onto certain parts of her wet dream, she ended up babbling.
“Look, I’m not from around here, not really. I just use this cabin for a quiet getaway from time to time.”
She sighed and shut the refrigerator door. She was getting chilled standing in front of it in her bikini top.
“I’ve just been through a rather ugly divorce, and my doctor recommended I take a break from work for
awhile. To regroup. I chose to come here because not many people know about my cabin. I earned it in
the divorce settlement.” Earned it for all the emotional and physical abuse she’d taken from her pathetic
excuse for a husband.
Page 10
She took a deep breath, popped the top on her bottled water and gulped a refreshing portion of it
before adding, “So, once more I’ll ask you. What do you want to drink?”
“Water’s fine,” he answered, and a roguish grin spread over his face as he started toward her. “Who’s
your doctor, Haley?”
Haley opened the door again, grabbed a bottle for Jeremy and handed it to him. He stood a foot away
from her, and she swore she smelled his musky male scent. He was sweaty from hiking up the road and
he looked like he could use a shower. None of that took away from his masculine appeal. Not one iota.
Jeremy was a tall—six-foot-two or so—heavily built, hard-all-over hunk. Yep, the sweat just added to
the scenery. That’s when she realized she was staring, drooling probably, and not answering his question.
“My doctor?” she asked, sounding lik
e a slow-witted ninny.
His grin grew wider and a dimple appeared on his left cheek. A dimple. Oh lordy. Haley wanted to kiss
that dimple. She wanted to kiss more than his dimple, to be honest. God, the man was sexy.
“Yeah, I’m just a little curious, who recommended this trip to you?”
“My doctor’s name is Brad French.”
Jeremy nodded, then took a long swallow from his own bottle of water before replying, “Brad French is
my brother.”
His brother? How could it be? Something seemed very fishy.
Haley planted her hands on her towel-wrapped hips, trying to look as serious as possible in a two-piece.
“I’m miles from home, how can it be I just happen to come across my doctor’s brother, the same doctor
who recommended I go on this trip to begin with?”
Jeremy was just as confused, but to his way of thinking, questioning it was just idiotic. He had a free
weekend and there was a gorgeous woman standing in front of him. What was there to question? Still,
seeing Haley’s belligerent stance and her accusing stare, he knew he needed to smooth her ruffled
feathers or the weekend would be a total bust.
“I agree with you, Haley, this whole thing is starting to smell like a set-up. I was told by my helpful
brother Doc Brad to take a weekend away from the job. Hell, he handed me the keys to his cabin and
nearly shoved me on my way!” He sighed when he saw her posture hadn’t relaxed the slightest.
“Look, all I know is that my car broke down and when I went for help, I found you.” He looked her
over, wishing for the hundredth time she’d left off the damn towel, and let his voice drop to a low
whisper. “I wasn’t about to pass you up, Haley. Not a chance in hell.”
For a long time they stood there, staring each other down, waiting. Finally, Jeremy saw the strain leave
Haley’s shoulders and she gave him a cute little half-smile.
“Okay, I think your brother might have been playing matchmaker, but I suppose it’s not fair for me to
take it out on you.” She paused. “You two look a lot alike. So, where’s the cabin you were supposed to
be using?”
Page 11
Jeremy didn’t much like her comparing him to Brad, but he shook off the odd feeling and told her the
